Your tasks:
You are responsible for creating, maintaining and monitoring project schedules to ensure timely delivery of the project. You will work closely with project managers, engineers and other stakeholders to develop a detailed timeline, allocate resources and track progress.
- Develop and maintain project schedule by integrating inputs from all functions, units and third parties contributing to the project
- Review production timeline and accordingly support priorities and schedules for drawing release
- Present the detailed reports of drawings to the management team
- Prepare management progress reports, and presentations.
- Plan and conduct regular meetings with stakeholders/supplier as needed
- Coordinate with supplier on the parts needed to support the Program
- Coordinate with Design office to deliver the drawings on time.
Requirements:
- Degree in Aeronautical Engineering or similar or adequate education
- Several years of professional experience in planning and / or controlling in the aeronautical industry (min. 3 years)
- At least 3 years of experience in project planning as part of a project team
- Experience with planning tools such as MS Project
- Proactive communication and problem solving attitude, strong team spirit, critical analysis of available data, rigor and transparency and the ability to contribute decision-making processes.
- International mindset and good knowledge of the English language
