Wiring Designer (m/f)

Come help us build the world´s most advanced amphibious aircraft at Dornier Seawings!

Tasks:

• Work associated with the design, development, installation and general electrical requirements in regards to aircraft wiring to be certified according to EASA CS23/FAR 23
• Create Electrical Wiring Diagram Drawings based on Electrical Schematic drawings
• Perform hardware selection based on aircraft level and equipment level requirements
• Incorporate red-line changes on Wiring Diagrams
• Perform drawing checks

Requirements:

• Candidates with experience in Siemens (Unigraphics) NX Electrical package will be preferred
• Experience with EWIS design rules
• Minimum of 5 years practical experience in a similar task in the field of aviation
• Good English language skills (spoken and written)
• German language skills beneficial
• Self-organized, self-motivated, pro-active attitude
• Structured, independent and solution oriented way of working
• International mind-set, experienced in liaison/control of third parties
• Good communication skills and good Team worker, having an analytical and process oriented mind-set
• A master degree in aeronautical engineering, alternatively a similar degree or an adequate education / experience in the aeronautical industry
