Your day to day

  • Direct and control program activities to secure program success.
  • Develop the integrated program schedule.
  • Drive execution of the integrated program schedule.
  • Controlling of the cost of the program and generation of budgets for the program in agreement with the top management.
  • Setting guidelines and priorities in case of program conflicts.
  • Manage risk of the program.
  • Design and implementation of a communication and reporting structure (e.g. meetings with employees, the client’s top management, authorities, suppliers, customers etc).
  • Foster communication of program related topics within all stakeholders.
  • Participation to Design Reviews.
  • Support purchasing by monitoring supplier information.
  • Provide executive summary of program status to Top Management.
  • Reporting directly to the Managing Directors.
  • Preparation of reports and presentations.

 

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Aerospace Engineering or comparable profession.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in related areas/in avionic projects.
  • Strongly target and result oriented
  • Excellent strategic thinking.
  • Profound organizational knowledge.
  • Team player and ability to lead multicultural teams.
  • Business judgement with a track record of successfully delivering quantifiable and bar-raising results.
  • You are an agile, forward-thinking innovator who wants to take on responsibility.
  • Ability to drive improvements while demonstrating strong analytical skills.
  • Utilise exceptional problem-solving and communication skills to influence process change.
  • Hands-on mentality.
  • You are confident in communication in English and German, especially with varying levels of seniority.
